I am just a typical young adult figuring out what life has in store for me. I am figuring out who I am and what I believe in and this is my thoughts written down for all to see.

Twilight
Last night at 6:00 I picked up three middle school girls. We went to the store and bought drinks and snacks. Then we headed to the movie theater. Twilight was showing at the dollar theater so that is where we went. It was $1.75 for a ticket but still that is cheep. The box office wasn't open when we first got there but it opened up shortly afterwards. I can't remember when was the last time I was at the dollar theater but it wasn't too bad. We were there early so we got great seats. I let the girls pick where we were going to sit. Only one of them had seen the movie. So I am sitting next to Sara on the end of our row and the movie starts. All my friends had talked about how great the movie was. I am sitting there and it has been about 30 min and I am thinking wow this is a slow movie. Sara said the same thing about this time. She also told me that Edward was not all that hot. I felt the same way. I mean his charter and his actions are what I thought made him seem attractive but he wasn't all that good looking. Then about an hour into the movie I thought the movie started to get good. After it was over two of the girls were like that was so great and Sara and I were like ummm not really. Olivia told me it was because I hadn't read the books. So now I am going to. We shall see what I think. Overall it was a great night and I had a ton of fun hanging out with those girls. We will have to do it again.

Heather - you are so good to do that with them. It sounds like a lot of fun. They sure will miss you this summer. I'm sure you'll miss them too. I haven't read the books or seen the movie. Usually when you've read the book you don't like the movie. Odd that this one seems different.
